We are looking for few more members for our Ski lease at a house in South Lake (Keys, South Lake Tahoe). Tahoe. We are a very active, fun group of guys and girls mostly in our mid-20s to early 30s. We will have 12 members. We will have the house from Jan 5th. until April 27th. The estimated cost is $1,000 (includes everything.. deposit, utilities ,snow removal). The guest fee is $25/night. Two story, 4 bed, 2.5 bath, 2500 sq. ft. home with 3 decks. It has 2 family rooms and large hot tub on the deck. Sleeps 12+, 5 tv's, stereo, Internet, washer, dryer, fireplace, boat dock.. You get your own room for $285/month ($1425 for the season-this is per room not per person) including all utilities. Located in Markleeville. This is 24 Miles south of Meyers, 26 Miles to Kirkwood, 32 Miles to Sierra at Tahoe. Round Top, Red Lake Peak, Waterhouse etc. are very close by for backcountry tours. Ski Lease full as of 1/2/105; five month (Dec 1 – April 30) SLT Ski Lease off of Pioneer Trail by Heavenly Ski Resort. $1100 for the whole season. The house sleeps 10, BBQ, Jacuzzi, plenty of parking, storage, w/d, cable. We are in our 30s and like to enjoy a couple of beers and dinner. No partiers or full time lodgers.

We have a few spots left in our winter ski lease at Kirkwood Ski Resort. The condo is in the Towers, close to Kirkwood lift chairs 1, 11, 10. The lease is from Dec.1 to Apr.30. The cost is a $300 returnable deposit and then $1575 by Dec.1st. Utilities are separate but guest fees usually cover it. The lease will be shared with 11 people. There are 2 bedrooms/3 baths and several beds to sleep on. The snow is on its way, don't get stuck on 88 this year, join our ski lease and be right on the mountain before and after the storms.
